The Rede Summer Internship and Analyst Programme
Our annual intern and graduate schemes take on students and recent graduates looking to begin their Private Equity career journey. This year, we launched our first NYC Graduate Analyst Programme alongside the annual London Summer Internship Programme.
What we look for…
We encourage applications from graduands / soon-to-be graduates who are enthusiastic, organised, diligent, and detail-oriented with some exposure or interest in Private Equity or Private Placement.

Our Intern programme runs each Summer and provides an opportunity to work closely with one of our front office business lines, as well as gaining insight into the wider Rede business through value-add projects. Based in our London office and running over 9 weeks, successful applicants will gain a deep understanding of the private equity landscape. For top performers, there is also the opportunity to return as a Graduate once their university course is completed.

We are excited to launch first ever NYC Analyst program.
Based in our NYC offices, successful candidates benefit from extensive training and complete rotations across a number of business areas, including Advisory, Impact, Origination and Credit, providing a well-rounded introduction and understanding of our approach to business and the clients we support.
