Charles is a Partner and Head of Asia.
As a senior member of Redeโs partnership team, Charles provides strategic oversight of the Asia business, giving tactical advice to our GP and LP clients alike. With deep knowledge in both the Asian investor landscape, and having invested across the Asian private equity both on primary and secondary capital solutions investments, he brings over 20 yearsโ private markets experience to bear.
Prior to joining Rede, Charles was a Partner at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, a global placement advisor, where he co-led Asian advisory and investor coverage for the firm. Charles was previously an investment professional at Pomona Capital, a global secondaries and private equity fund of funds manager, where he spent five years investing in managers across Asia-Pacific. Charles started his career at Merrill Lynch as an Equity Research Analyst covering the Greater China consumer sector and Asian small-mid-cap equities. Prior to that at KPMG as an audit accountant.
Charles holds a BA in Finance and International Management from Boston University.

Based in New York, Scott manages key relationships with GPs and LPs across the globe, and also plays a key role in the strategic leadership of the firm.
Scott has over 25 years of institutional sales and origination experience across private equity and debt capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to over 150 fundraising assignments representing over $150 billion in aggregate funds raised.
Prior to co-founding Rede in 2011, Scott led the non-US investor and business development efforts for the private equity placement groups at Lazard and Merrill Lynch.
Scott holds an MBA from The Leonard N Stern School of Business at New York University, and a BSc in Music and Business from Indiana University.

Adam is Redeโs CEO. He is Global Head of Rede's Advisory team.
Adam co-founded Rede Partners in 2011 alongside Scott Church. Under Adamโs leadership, Rede has raised more than โฌ120 billion on behalf of clients and across primary fundraising, GP-led secondary transactions and strategic advisory consulting projects.
As CEO, Adamโs responsible for Redeโs strategic direction and overall management of the firm. He is also the global head of Redeโs Advisory team and provides trusted strategic advice to Redeโs GP clients and overseeing the preparation and roll-out of all Redeโs primary fundraising engagements. Adam is a respected figure within the Private Markets industry. He has been named five times in Private Equity Newsโ annual list of the 50 Most Influential figures within Private Equity and is in demand as a commenter and speaker on industry trends. Adam created the Rede Liquidity Index, an established industry barometer published twice each year by Rede Partners, and co-presents a widely attended annual webinar on market trends, โThe Rede Viewโ.
Prior to co-founding Rede, Adam spent seven years at Credit Suisse in the Private Fund Group before becoming Director of Fundraising at Actis, a leading emerging markets private equity firm.
Adam holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Alex Bazarewski

Alexandra is a Partner, Head of Americas and Co-Head of Global LP Coverage. Alex leads the Americas team for Rede Partners and is also responsible for co-leadership and management of Redeโs LP Coverage team.
Her responsibilities include leadership of Redeโs Americas business, including ensuring client execution and new business development. Additionally, Alexandra co-leads of Redeโs global LP coverage team, with a particular focus on North America and Latin America. Alexandra is also responsible for coverage of several key North American LPs.
Alexandra has 19 yearsโ experience in institutional LP and GP relationship cultivation across private equity, private credit and other alternative asset classes. Prior to joining Rede to open the New York office in 2017, Alexandra spent the bulk of her career at Blackstone, working within the Park Hill Group, and before that at BlackRock, covering the firmโs tax-exempt institutional LPs across asset classes.
Alexandra graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in European History and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
Ian Flavell

Ian is a Partner and Head of Redeโs Advisory team in North America.
His responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and execution of all North American fundraising engagements, offering strategic advice to Redeโs GP clients, and providing oversight of the firmโs activities in private credit. With more than 15 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments, Ian has advised a broad range of private equity firms across North America and Europe.
Prior to joining Rede, Ian worked in various international roles at Barclays across the businessโ Portfolio Management, Structured Products, and Derivatives divisions.
He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol and is a CFA Charterholder.
Gabrielle Joseph

Gabrielle is Redeโs Head of Client Development.
She leads Rede's Due Diligence team, with responsibility for the comprehensive processes associated with origination and due diligence carried out prior to any new Rede engagement. For Rede's GP client base, she provides strategic consulting support, focusing on positioning, message development and strategic franchise development. Gabrielle also leads Rede's market intelligence and client communication activities and is responsible for strategic oversight of Rede's data and technology operations.
Gabrielle brings 18 years' private markets experience. Prior to joining Rede, Gabrielle spent 10 years with MVision Private Equity Advisers, most recently as Senior Director. She began her career with strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting.
Gabrielle holds an MA in Natural Sciences (Pharmacology) from Cambridge University.
Riccardo Villa

Riccardo is Co-Head of Redeโs Capital Solutions team.
Riccardo advises clients on accessing capital at both the portfolio and corporate level to facilitate franchise and inorganic expansion opportunities. As a senior leader in the Capital Solutions team, he provides strategic advice on delivering GP-led secondary transactions and fund financing to incorporate a full spectrum of minority equity, M&A and alternative liquidity solutions.
Riccardo brings 20 years of experience. He was previously a Managing Director at Lazard, where he was responsible for Financial Sponsors advisory in Europe and the Middle East, providing advice for a wide range of alternative asset managers, institutional investors and portfolio companies in relation to M&A, equity and debt capital markets, as well as secondary market transactions across geographies and sectors.
Riccardo holds a B.S.C in International Economics and Management from Universitร Bocconi.

Kristina is a Partner and global Co-Head of Redeโs Global Coverage team
Kristina is responsible for the leadership and management of Redeโs LP Coverage team as well as liaising with and advising Redeโs GP clients. She also covers key European LPs and is responsible for strategic oversight of Redeโs activities in the Asia-Pacific region and within the Impact / Sustainability sector.
Kristina has over 20 years of private equity and financial markets experience. Prior to joining Rede, Kristina worked as a Director within the Investor Relations team of Palamon. She began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she spent seven years in ECM, responsible for coverage of European clients and the execution of transactions totaling over $30bn.
Kristina holds a BSc in Business Management, IT and Languages from the University of York.

James brings over 15 years' private markets experience across a range of leading country, pan-regional and global clients across a number of asset classes including private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure. Prior to joining Rede, James worked at Cambell Lutyens where he predominantly focused on GP relationship management and advisory assignments. Prior to Campbell Lutyens, James held positions at Jefferies Helix, Citi (M&A) and Mercer Investment Consulting.

Etiene is Redeโs Managing Director and Head of Climate & Impact.
As a senior team member, with over a decade of fundraising experience, Etiene leads on individual fundraises. He is a trusted advisor to our GP clients, providing ongoing strategic advice and market perspectives as well as close oversight of fundraising processes.
Prior to joining Rede, Etiene worked for Acanthus Advisers, latterly as a Principal, across Advisory and Global Investor Coverage leading GP fundraising processes for mid-market, specialist strategies as well as finding and scaling emerging managers.
Etiene holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York.
William Orum

William Orum is a Partner and member of the Investment Team. He serves on the investment committee for all Capricorn strategies and has responsibility for co-leading the investment management of individual client portfolios as well as the Sustainable Investors Fund. He joined the firm in 2004. Prior to Capricorn, William was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in their global industries group, focused on corporate finance and M&A advisory. John Goldstein

John is a managing director in the Client Solutions Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He serves as Head of Sustainability for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). In this role, John further operationalizes the firmโs sustainability strategy and ensures that products and capabilities meet the evolving needs of clients. He is also Chair of the AWM Sustainable Investing Executive Group.
Previously, John was Global Head of Sustainability and Impact Solutions. Before that, he worked in the Executive Office, where he created and served as Head of the Sustainable Finance Group.
John joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a managing director in 2015 through the acquisition of Imprint Capital, which he co-founded in 2007 to help expand the firmโs Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and impact investing capabilities.
Previously, John served as Senior Managing Director of Medley Global Advisors. During that time, he co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Medley Institute. Prior to that, John was a management consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
John has served as an advisor or board member to a diverse set of organizations in the impact space, including the US National Advisory Board of the G8 Social Impact Investing Task Force, the Global Impact Investing Networkโs ImpactBase initiative, the Global Social Venture Competition, McKinseyโs working group on Social Impact Bonds, GlobalGiving, the Sustainable Food Lab, the UN Capital Development Fund, the International Interfaith Investment Group, and a range of other organizations.
John graduated from Yale University with honors. He was awarded the Richter Fellowship and the Townsend Prize.

Magnus is a Partner and Co-Head of Rede's Capital Solutions team.
He advises clients on a wide range of GP-led secondaries transactions. He helps oversee Redeโs Capital Solutions team, advising clients on creative re-investment and fund finance solutions including continuation vehicles, single asset transfers, strip sales, minority equity direct transactions, GP-led LP tender offers, NAV financing facilities and GP equity and debt financings. Magnus is also responsible for strategic oversight of Redeโs Operations team.
Prior to joining Rede, Magnus was Chief of Staff to Lord Rothschild and responsible for the private equity and venture capital investment programmes for the Rothschild family and philanthropies from 2014 to 2019.
He was previously a partner at Hermes GPE, a global private equity and infrastructure fund and co-investment manager. He spent 10 years at Top Technology Ventures and IP Group Plc specialising in early-stage UK technology venture capital and intellectual property commercialisation investment where he held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer. He began his career as a solicitor with Slaughter and May.Magnus holds an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
